Do they ever answer their phone? Called several times on several days because they charged my bank card 3 times for the same receipt. Overcharged me more than $100...hmmm? No other way to contact them? I live 50 miles away...guess we have to go back?

Try calling in the morning, 10am. Sorry, they open at 8am, I'm sure they'll make it right, if you can get in touch I guess.

Is it dog friendly?

Outside patio is dog friendly, only service animals are allowed inside. Inside is all high top seating, anyway. There are water bowls outside for any visiting dogs, and you can order plain chicken breast for pups as well.
